IAFAIS is a non-profit organization that provides scholarships to disabled student scientists, and also financial aid for scientists needing to purchase personal protective equipment (PPE) of the their service dog. This PPE is necessary for service dogs to accompany their handler into science laboratories. Each set of PPE costs $250.00. You can help us help others with each purchase!

WHAT WE DO!
Creating an inclusive Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics (STEM) Culture is our passion! We at Science Service Dog volunteer time to engage all scientists in working toward that same goal! With our products, we donate 10% of all proceeds to the non-profit organization The International Alliance for Ability in Science (IAFAIS) that provides scholarships to disabled student scientists and also 100% financial aid to those scientists needing to outfit their service dog with personal protective equipment (PPE) to work with their handler safely in a laboratory; assisting their handlers in maintaining their independence.
For all purchases of items with the IAFAIS logo we will donate 100% of the proceeds to IAFAIS! Help us to help others!

Science Service Dog
Sampson: the Ambassador for Service Dog's in Science
Sampson is the ambassador for all Service Dog's in Science. Joey Ramp is a Biocognitive Neuroscientist, CEO of Empower Ability Consulting, Co-Founder of the International Alliance for Ability in Science, and Founder of Science Service Dog, with Sampson by her side, together they advocate for other Service Dog Handlers in STEM academics and biomedical careers.
New guidelines and policies are being developed with their guidance. Sampson has been a positive example for what can be done when science professionals communicate intellectually and openly about the development of an inclusive and diverse STEM culture.
